Bar, Polje – Urbanized land for a logistic center near the port of Bar

This urbanized land is located in the Polje settlement, it is intended for the construction of a goods transport center with intermodal rail and road traffic terminals and for an outsourcing system for activities in the trade and production zone, in the immediate vicinity of the port of Bar and along the railway line.

The plot is located in the duty-free zone.

The land complex contains about 2,500 m² of existing business, warehouse and exhibition premises, and the preliminary design was prepared in accordance with the approved urban planning and technical conditions.

All city infrastructure is located on the plot – water supply, sewerage, electricity, optical telecommunication cables for telephony and high-speed Internet.
