This system is of the DAIKIN brand, powered by ALTHERMA heat pumps, which are located in the yard outside the building and therefore do not take up space and do not make noise and vibrations. The entire apartment can be controlled completely safely from a mobile device and a tablet in the apartment, which are part of the system. The smart home is a premium product of the Austrian brand LOXONE. Smart locks are also added to this system, which in combination with the security blind door allow the door to be opened with a fingerprint or with the help of a code.

  • Sound and water insulation

The waterproofing is from the manufacturer SIKA. The ventilation systems in the building are separate for each apartment, and in this way, we avoided the possible transmission of sounds and smells.
